R. Scott Krupkin, M.D. is a board-certified specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is currently on the medical staff of University Hospitals Health System - Richmond Heights Hospital and MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Krupkin began providing pre-adoption medical review and counseling services five years ago to assist prospective parents planning to adopt internationally. Other clinical activities include: Outpatient and inpatient PM&R consultations. He is a Certified indepedent medical examiner; electromyographer; and a member of the Medical and Scientific Committee of the Arthritis Foundation of Northeast Ohio.
